Zimmedar Shehri is based on the concept of giving the citizens of Pakistan a channel to address their concerns and thus hope to change the eminent issues in the society. The Pakistanis are facing with the day to day issues such as poor quality of milk, being overcharged for daily items, selling of foul meat, land encroachments, etc but there is no way of reporting such matters. Zimmedar Shehri is an initiative taken by the Punjab Information Technology Board. This is not a new concept, as it was also tried earlier in Lahore during 2012’s City district government. The feedback obtained from this system encouraged the authorities to widen the network even further.
The ZImmedar Shehri helpline allows the citizens to register their complaint regarding any matter from wall chalking to late night marriages etc. the registered complaint is immediately updated in the system at the call centre. It is then assigned to responsible official of the relevant department. The complainant is regularly informed about the progress of the complaint. The name of the complainant is kept confidential. The frequent usage of mobile devices will benefit this system, as citizens can readily access the helpline that is available round the clock.
The citizens now need to act responsibly and register any type of complaint at 0800-02345. The authorities will be informed about the daily nuisance in the city through the active participation of the citizens.

1: It is to entreat that on my application, addressed to Punjab Provincial Ombudsman ordered Vide # POP JHG 14/01/2017 adv of 31 March 2017′ District Health Authority, Jhang to resolve the issue regarding unavailability of basic health facilities to Sattan Thal (Copy of Order attached herewith).
2: It is worth mentioning that we wanted the restoration of Entire Office back to Sattan Thal from Bhaereri Adda. Instead District Health Authority Jhang deputed DISPENSERS Vide Letter # 885/E, dated 20-02-2017, with the following schedule:

Therefore, it is our humble request that following steps must be taken for the basic need and for the betterment of people of Sattan Thal:
A) Restoration of Health Office back to Sattan Thal District Jhang.
AND IN THE MEANWHILE
B) Reinstate the DISPENSERS at Sub Health Center Sattan Thal according to the schedule ordered by CEO District Health Authority Jhang.
C) Provision of medicines
D) Recording of Patience
E) Recording of Dispensers attendance
We have already notified the above facts to concerned officials including and especially EDO Office many times but in vain.
We, the people of Sattan Thal, humbly request that kindly resolve our complaint which is our basic and fundamental right on highly urgent bases.

I have launched a complaint against “Khalil Sweets” with complain number 1-169353 dated March 27, 2017 but not action taken yet. Almost 90 days has gone.
