Lisa Jackson weighted 152 Kg and was unable to run or perform certain tasks because of her weight but she lost half of her weight by avoiding just one thing.
Lisa claims that when she was fat she loved cold drinks so much that each day she consumed 6 bottles of different fizzy drinks, each was of 250 ml. She also loved to eat snacks, pizza and chocolates. But after seeing an old picture of herself she decided to change her lifestyle.
She changed just one thing in her routine, she stopped eating and drinking these junky foods and drinks and started eating natural fruits and vegetables. She also started regular exercise, running and taking Zumba classes.
Within few months she lost almost 70 kgs and weighted just 83 Kgs. She is now a healthy and happy woman.
