Admissions for the 2015 session have started at Sir Syed University Of Engineering And Technology. Admissions are being offered in all disciplines for the bachelors programs in the university. The Sir Syed University entry test will be held on 28th September at Expo Center Karachi at 10 am.
Sir Syed University boasts a W4 category ranking, which is the highest rank awarded by the HEC in Pakistan. It is graded as a 5 star university by the Charter Inspection and Evaluation Committee (CIEC) and is a member of the international Association of universities.
Admissions are being offered in Electronics, Civil, Computer. Telecommunications, Biomedical, Electrical and Architecture departments. A minimum of 60% marks in HSC is required for admission. The aptitude test will contain questions from Physics, English, General Knowledge and a combination of Mathematics or Biology and Chemsitry or Computer Science depending on the department applied by the student.
Admission will be granted strictly on merit taking into account the stdents’ SSC, HSC and aptitude test results according to weightage. A limited number of seats is availale for Overseas Pakistanis. Applicants can get the prospectus from various designated branches of Burj bank to apply.
