There were 422 million diabetes patients worldwide at the end of 2014, making it one of the most common health issue around the globe. There are several habits which may give rise to diabetes, seven of them are:
1) If you want to prevent diabetes then you should avoid sugary drinks suggests Harvard University researchers because they contain no nutrients and are rich in calories and sugar which leads to diabetes.
2) If you are skipping breakfast then you are increasing the chances of diabetes because no breakfast disturbs the blood sugar control.
3)If you don’t eat vegetables then it’s time to increase vegetables intake because it gives you nutrients, makes your immune system stronger and are low in sugar.
4) According to American Heart Association recommends fish intake and claimed that it is also good for preventing.
5) If you eat snacks, donuts, cookies excessively then it may also result in diabetes.
6) If you are not getting proper sleep then your hormones that control sugar level will be disturbed.
7) Avoid too much white bread, butter, pasta and a potato, if you can’t then diabetes is coming for you.
