No one wants to die at young age, even if you ask a man who is 80 years old he will say he want to live more. It’s human nature to expect and demand more & more.
But our lifestyles show that only few people are striving and working to make sure that they live longer than most of the people on earth. You may think it will be a difficult task but the reality is it is very easy.
Just add 1 hour of daily exercise and you will live longer than others, that’s what doctors believe. So just add 30 minutes exercise in the morning and 30 minutes exercise after dinner if you want to live longer.
These exercises can be walking, jogging, cycling or swimming. Do whatever you like because these physical activities will make your body physically healthy.
