Karachi: International Theatre Festival will start from 4th of March at at National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) in Karachi where 12 playes will be performed. The theatre will end on 24th March . Many international artists from Germany, Nepal, India and England would be taking part in the plays. Bollywood superstar Naseerudin Shah will also be performing in the Theater.
The list of plays that would be held at NAPA are as follows:
- Mera Rang De Basanti chola: Directed by Madeeha Gohar.

- Manto Mera Dost: Directed by Sheema Kirmani.
- Ismat Apa Ke Naam: Directed by Naseeruddin Shah.
- The Princes of Garden: Directed by Bimal Subedi.
- Raddi Bazaar: Directed by Santanu Bose.
- Black T-Shirt Collections: Directed by Inua Ellams.
- Kaun Hai Yeh Ghustakh: Directed by Madeeha Gohar.
- Blah and Blah: Directed by Sunil Shankar.
- Raagni: Directed by Fawad Khan.
- Oedipus Rex: Directed by Zain Ahmed.
- Kuttay: Directed by Meesam Naqvi.
Zain Ahmed is the Artistic Director of National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA). He has stated that the festival is a great opportunity for our young graduates in the field of Arts and performance. They can learn many things from international artists who are coming from Germany, England, India and Nepal.
