Pakistan fast bowler Mohmmad Amir was released from a Jail halfway through his six-month sentence because of good behaviour. Mohammad Amir was jailed for six months in England for spot fixing.
Now the people in Pakistan and cricketing fans are demanding that Mohammad Amir should make come back to Pakistan cricket team but Mohammad Amir was handed over five-year ban by the International Cricket Council (ICC). Therefore there is no possibility of Amir comeback in Pakistan team.
The 19-year-old Amir was involved in spot fixing in when he deliberately bowled no-balls during a Test against England at Lord’s in August 2010. But the ban of five years must be reduced to one or two years. I remember that in 1995 Australia’s Mark Waugh and Shane Warne were also involved in spot fixing when they took money from an Indian bookmaker in exchange of information on pitch and weather conditions. But both the Australian cricketers were not banned and were only fined.
So it will be a tough job for ICC to reduce the job as many cricketers will criticise this decision but two year ban on Amir is enough who should also be given benefit for his teen age.

I agree with the writer that his ban should be reduced keeping in mind his age. He is such an excellent talent and should given chance to exhibit his skill in the field.

should be given one chance as he has confessed his crime and has been punished. I think it is sufficient for him. He is bright Star for Pakistan.
