Karachi: The lawyers association has called for strike on Wednesday in protest against the brutal killings of as many as six people during Pakistan Peoples Party leader Dr Nafisa Shah’s rally in a suburban town of Khairpur., local news channel reported. According to the report, all the law work will remain suspended in the province and district courts shall also remain close on the occasion.
While talking to media, the spokesman of Lawyers Association calling for strike said that the miscreants have made Karachi like Beirut and they don’t even leave rural Sindh at peace.
It is to mention here that, Khairpur is observing mourning today over the death of six precious lives, the local government called public holiday in the district. The police have also arrested 30 men and the investigations are underway.
