Karachi: Hampshire and Yorkshire today became the two teams from England to qualify for Champions League Twenty20 which will be played from October 9-28 this year in South Africa. Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Daredevils (from India), Sydney Sixers and Perth Scorchers (from Australia) while Titans and Lions from South Africa have already made it to the main round of the mega event.
The qualification of English domestic leagues confirms all but one team to feature in CLT20. The remaining one team will be from Sri Lanka, the winner of the on-going SLPL.
Currently, final of FLT20 is being played between Hampshire and Yorkshire, the winner of this Final will join group of Sialkot Stallions and Auckland Aces in the qualifying round of CLT20.
