All mobile phone users need to re-verify their SIMS through the biometric verification system. All the SIMS that have not been verified will get blocked after April 13th, 2015. The mobile phone users can SMS their CNIC at the given numbers and the status of you SIM will be sent right back to you, stating whether your SIM is verified or not. If not, then you should visit your nearest mobile SIM franchise, retailer or service centre and get it verified.
FOR TELENOR SIM USERS:
Send your CNIC in an SMS from all of your Telenor numbers to 7751 to check the verification status of your Telenor SIM.
FOR MOBILINK SIM USERS:
Send your CNIC to 6001 from all your Mobilink numbers and get the verification status of your SIM for free.
FOR UFONE SIM USERS:
Dial *336*1# from your Ufone SIM and get the verification status of your Ufone SIM for free.
FOR ZONG SIM USERS:
Dial *6622# from your Zong SIM and get the verification status of your Zong SIM for free.
FOR WARID SIM USERS:
Send your CNIC to 789 and get the verification status of your SIM for free of cost.
