Islamabad: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has resigned from his post after Supreme Court’s verdict in Rental Power Case, A British Media Claimed. On other hand, Spokesman NAB Rejected these claims and said that Foreign media is propagating false news. There is no confirmation of this news from local media but officially Fasih is still Chairman NAB, AwamiWeb Correspondent reported.
Chairman NAB Admiral (R) Fasih Bokhari said that he is not disclosing reason behind his resignation but he will surely tell reason within 2-3 days, BBC Reported. Fasih Bokhari has confirmed his resign on foreign media but he hasn’t talked to Pakistani Media. Fasih further told to BBC that he has left Charge.
On other hand, some Media Persons are saying that Chairman NAB left his Job due to Today’s SC judgment. Today, SC verdict that if anyone among 22 Accused in Rental case will not arrested within 24 hours then Chairman NAB will responsible for it.
