Bananas are one of the few fruits that are recommended in all patients whether they have digestive problems, high blood pressure or diabetes. The reason is the benefits of banana on all these diseases.
Banana is rich in dietary fiber which makes our digestive system better, ending constipation, bowel problems or the difficulties in digestion of food.
It have been also found helpful in reducing blood pressure, when during a research patients were given bananas their blood pressure was better than those who were not given bananas.
It has been also linked with reducing and controlling diabetes though no such link have been proven and established yet. But a research report which was published after studying 100 patients also claimed that the sugar level was reduced after eating bananas.
