Lahore: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has given show-cause notices to all-rounder Abdul Razzaq and former Pakistan cricketer Abdul Qadir. Qadir was charged to break the Board’s policy, as he criticised the performance of the National Team regarding T20 World cup in a private TV channel which is against the policy of Pakistan Cricket Board.
Amazingly, the board has given permission to some former test cricketers to speak in front of media, although they are on the pay-roll of PCB. But still these players are not allowed to criticise the performance of the coaches and National Team.
32 year old all-rounder Abdul Razzaq was charged due to his statement against the captain of the T20 team Mohammad Hafeez. Razzaq blamed the captain of dropping him from the team continuously in the matches of T20 World Cup 2012.
