KARACHI: The 64th Death Anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan is being observed today with huge respect and reverence all across the country. Several events regarding the occasion are being held in different areas of Pakistan.
Local media reported today that special prayers are being offered for the everlasting peace of the great leader of sub-continent. Quran Khawani will also be held country wide by different private organizations and government authorities.
Governor Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Ebad and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah visited the mausoleum of Quaid e Azam to pay homage to the founder of the country.
Officials of Pakistan armed forces, DG Pakistan Rangers, Administrator Karachi Muhammad Hussain Syed would also visit the burial place of Quaid.
