Precedent of France has allowed a woman named Pascal to marry her dead Fiancée, although there was no such law in France of marrying dead person. After the death of Fiancée Pascal kept writing letters to President of state in which she was asking permission to marry the dead man. After a long wait of 20 months she was finally allowed to marry.
There was such law of marrying a dead person in France but the story of Pascal was little bit different, a French news paper reported. According to the news report Pascal was having relationship with her friend for six and half years.
Pascal and her friend after six and half years decided to marry each other and were engaged. Unfortunately her Fiancée died a month earlier than their marriage. This was a great Shock for Pascal as she loved him the most. To fulfill her love she then decided to marry the dead Fiancée.
She wrote 4 letters to the Precedent of France in which she asked him to allow her to marry a dead man. After 20 months the Precedent allowed and this is a new addition in France law.
