ISLAMABAD: The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan has announced to stage sit-in from 3 PM in Islamabad. While addressing to the public meeting last night, Imran Khan called Prime Minister’s name and said if an umpire raises his forefinger, the player had to go back to the pavilion. He demanded of the premiere to resign.
Imran Khan along with his Azadi March reached in Islamabad after 40 hours. Heavy rain welcomed the captain and his Tsunami in Islamabad. On the one hand it rained a lot and on the other hand, Imran Khan spoke harsh words against the sitting government at Kashmir Road situated at Aabpara Chowk during the address to the meeting.
The captain announced that his party would stage sit-in from today at 3 PM, adding that we would not retreat unless Nawaz Sharif resigned. He denied all the allegations levelled against him. He said that we did not want to derail democracy, criticizing that there was not democracy to derail. He further said that Nawaz Sharif was not the Prime Minister of Pakistan, new elections would be held, new government would come into power and a new Pakistan would come into existence.
The Chairman PTI emphasized on his party workers, saying that we had got an opportunity to change the fate of the nation and we should not waste this opportunity. He added that there was not any matter if we lost our lives in order to emancipate the nation. Imran Khan said that we would not accept elections in any case, if we accepted it, our hands would also be involved in the destruction of democracy of Pakistan.
