Islamabad: Two Indian Air Force helicopters crashes in midair in Gujarat Thursday afternoon leaves as many as six Air Force personnel dead, according to India English Daily. Initially, no reports about the casualties were reported thought it is been confirmed now that at least six men have lost their lives in the latest midair collision.
According to reports, the aerial collision occurred near Sarmat village in Jamnagar district. The rescue teams have reached the spot and rescue operation has begun, shifting the dead and injured to the local hospital.
However, more details are awaited regarding the actual reason behind the deadly incident. The Indians have expressed severe grief over the incident.
