The most awkward thing about tomato is that it’s a fruit but is used as a vegetable. There are many benefits of this little fruit but the most important factor is that they contain lycopene.
Lycopene is a carotenoid which gives tomato its bright color, for human it’s the natural treatment of many health issues. Lycopene reduces the cholesterol level, prevents the blockage in arteries and makes your immune system stronger.
