A new study has revealed that poor dental hygiene and teeth problems may indicate poor health and especially erectile dysfunction. The research was based on a study in Taiwan which was published recently.
[junkie-alert style=”green”] The study reveals that men who are been affected by erectile dysfunction are also diagnosed with a gum related disease called Chronic Periodontal in almost 79% cases. [/junkie-alert]
Chronic Periodontal is pathological inflammatory condition of gum surrounding teeth, it damages the endothelial cells. Endothelial damage will result in damaging blood flow and erection depends on the blood flow.
But periodontal diseases are entirely preventable by proper brushing and tooth care, if diagnosed early it can be treated easily by deep cleanings by a professional dentist.
But many people are raising questions on the authenticity of the research because daily 6,000+ research papers are published and only few of them are based on proper work.
