Recently I called PTCL 1218 complaint centre to get some information related to PTCL Smart TV and PTCL Broad Band Service. A correspondent of PTCL picked the call and when I started to ask him some questions related to PTCL Smart TV he transferred my call to senior technician but no response was received till the 40 minutes.
