Suzuki has introduced its brand new car model, ‘Kizashi’ in Pakistan for a handsome amount of Rs 50 lacs. This car has been introduced in India, but it failed to attract buyers, as the car didn’t seem to hold much and it seemed not worthy of the huge amount demanded by the company. Same reaction was received in Pakistan. The company anticipated the low response from the consumer market in Pakistan, but they still decided to go ahead with the program.
Suzuki’s Kizashi has a 2.4 liter petrol engine to provide power. This engine has been mated to 6-speed manual transmission or continuously varying transmission (CVT) with paddle shifters. Keyless entry and go are part of its key features. The steering is mounted with multifunction controls. It has an auto-dimming rear view mirror and a dual climate control AC. It also has rain sensing vipers.[junkie-alert style=”white”] Suzuki Kazashi managed to leave an impact on the buyers through its concept design, but the final product failed to meet the expectations and so Suzuki had to withdraw its product from the Indian market [/junkie-alert]
Suzuki was hoping to change the perception of the brand through Kizashi and hence decided to launch the vehicle. But the plan didn’t go well leaving an impact of as if Suzuki was distributing its left over stock of Kizashi in Pakistan. This proved to be a fruitless effort anyway.
