All those arms licenses which were issued by the Sindh Government will not be cancelled. It was announced by the Sindh Home Department.
Recently Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik announced that all the arms licenses across the country will be cancelled after 30th September. Arms licenses issued by NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) will be considered valid after 30th September.
According to media reports no policy has so far been devised for this purpose by the Sindh provincial authorities is therefore arm licences issued by Sindh Government will not be cancelled.

In February former Sindh Home Minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza inaugurated computerised arms licence at the office of Sindh Home Secretary which had been installed at the home department in collaboration with the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA).
