Karachi: Pakistan Star All-rounder and leg spinner bowler Shahid Khan Afridi has decided to play first class cricket due to his bad performance from last few months in ODIs. According to media reports, Afridi will play first class cricket after two-three years to get back his form for International Cricket. Due to his non-consistency in batting and bowling Selection Committee dropped him from the recent ODI series against India.
Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA) president Siraj-ul-Islam Bukhari said that the doors will always be open for Shahid Afridi. Boom Boom Afridi will lead the Karachi Blues in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
Afridi started his career as a leg spinner bowler but after playing some aggressive innings he was included in all-rounder list. Afridi also have a record of making the fastest century in just 37 balls against Sri Lanka in his second One Day Internationals. Afridi lovers wants to see him back again in International cricket.
