Karachi: Former captain Pakistan Cricket Team Shahid Afridi is uncertain to represent Pakistan in the first twenty20 contest against the Aussies, citing injury issues, scheduled to be played tomorrow (September 5, 2012) in Dubai, local TV channel reported Tuesday.
According to the media reports, Shahid Afridi suffered hand injury during a match played yesterday when the ball hit his hand hard, resulting in bleeding at the instant. However, he then managed to continue the play for team.
The sources say that Shahid Afridi will undergo a fitness test tonight and if the reports come out positive he might be available for the first T20 otherwise he would be rested out from the team.
