Karachi: Pakistan cricket superstar Shahid Afridi is now just two sixes away to book another world record in the list of his outstanding cricket records. Hitting two sixes more in One Day International matches will take Shahid Afridi to achieve a world record of most number of sixes hit by a batsman in ODI games.
Currently, crowd puller Afridi has played 347 ODIs and is placed at the top in hitting the number of sixes. He has 298 sixes under his belt with 7068 runs at a staggering strike rate of 113.79 with an average of 23.48.
While talking to media at Karachi International Airport, he expressed positive intentions for series against Australia in UAE and said that he wants to score the triple century of sixes during a series against one of the top side in cricket.
He eyes a tough competition against Australia and said that each and every player is all set to play their best and give a competitive fight to Australia.
