Lahore: The Ramazan moon is expected to be sighted on Friday (July 20), according to the Metereological department. Hence, the first of Ramazan, 1433 AH is likely to fall on Saturday (July 21). The moon will cross the conjunction line on Thursday the 19th of July.
According to the astronomical parameters, the month of Shaban could be of 29 days this year and there is a huge possibility of Ramazan moon appearing on 20th July.
There is a considerable chance of sighting the Ramazan moon on Friday (July 20) and Eid-ul-Fitr is going to be held on August 21.
