Kangana Raut’s latest comedy-drama film titled Queen will be hitting Cinemas across Pakistan on Friday the 14th of March 2014. The film is a project of Viacom18 Motion Pictures & Phantom Films and stars Kangana Ranaut as the lead along with Lisa Haydon and Rajkumar Rao.
The story revolves around a Punjabi girl named Rani (Kangana Ranaut) living in Delhi who belongs to a conservative family. Her world is turned upside down when her fiancée cancels their engagement due to the differences in their lifestyles. After the initial shock is over she decides to take charge of her own life and convinces her family to let her go alone on her pre booked Honeymoon to Paris and Amsterdam. Thus Rani embarks upon a journey where she rediscovers herself and liberates her spirit, meeting people along the way who would change her life.
The story is directed and written by Vikas Bahl and produced by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. The film has received positive reviews from critics achieving a 4/5 rating from various critics. The acting of Kangana Ranaut is top notch and her performance in the film is not to be missed.
