Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU) of Islamabad has been ranked 69th best university of World.According to ‘QS World University Ranking 2011’, the world top 10 universities are based in America and England.
According to Vice Chancellor of QAU Prof Masoom Yasin Zai the university had introduced new programmes and hired around 35 PhDs who had returned from the West. He said seven international faculty members were also teaching at the QAU. He further said that strict higher education policy, strategic planning and highly qualified faculty members have taken this university in top 100.
Other universities of Pakistan must take example from this university and follow its plan and strategy so that many other universities of Pakistan can achieve good ranking in world.
