Karachi: Country’s most popular Qawwal Ghaus Mohammad Nasir Moeen Niazi has died here Sunday night. The deceased was admitted in the hospital for the last 15 days, On Sunday his condition got critical, due to which he was shifted to ICU late night.
After two weeks of serious condition on bed the deceased passes away on Sunday in the local hospital. Ghaus Mohammad Nasir was the son of popular Qawwal of his time Late Moeen Niazi.
The funeral prayers of the deceased will be offered today (Monday 30th April) after the Jummah prayers at Jama Masjid Alana, Moeen Uddin Niazi Street, Shoe Market, Nishtar road.
I was really shocked after listening the sad news of famous qawal ghaus mohammad nasir. It is the lost not only for qawali listener but also a great loss of this art. May Allah SWT mercy upon his departed soul rest and peace and grant him maghfirat Ameen
