Lahore: Punjab has won Men and Women team events titles of All Pakistan Amir Hayat Khan Rokhri Federation Tournament, being played here till 29th April, 2012.
In the men’s final Punjab Green outclassed Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by 3-1 while in the women’s event they beat Railways by a broad margin of 3-0.
In the individual men’s events, Haroon Rasheed, Abbas, Shoaib Hafeez, Subhan Haneef and Hayatullah whereas Nida Sarwar, Maimoona Ameer, Ghazala Siddiqui, Sofia Mughal and Sarah Muhmand got victory in the women’s single events. The event’s finals will continue to be played till 29th of this month.
