PEMRA finally took notice of the advertisement of Q mobile and banned it’s advertisement on TV quoting that it is against the sections of PEMRA.
The banned commercial of Fahad Mustafa is about Q Mobiles new smartphone E1 in which Fahad Mustafa is seen preparing for a date, while his girlfriend leaves him and goes with another man after he fails to reach on time.

After the commercial went on Air many people criticized the advertisement on social media and complained with PEMRA saying what message are we giving our younger generation by such commercials?
Now when PEMRA took notice people are saying that the notification came too late but said at least it will be a message for Q Mobile and other big corporations that they should come with creative advertisement which should reflect our culture.
Commercials should convey a respectable message to masses rather than corrupting their thoughts.
