Islamabad: Pakistan Cricket Board gets massive 35 acre land for its proposed project of building an International Cricket Stadium in the capital city. The construction of project will be completed in one year and the stadium will contain all the necessary facilities needed for an internationally recognized cricket stadium, sources told.
While talking to media Chairman CDA Farkhand Iqbal said that with the construction of this ground, the players from Islamabad and Rawalpindi will get the maximum opportunity to expose and excel their cricketing talent.
He told that a multi purpose ground like in F-6 will be constructed very soon in Sector F-8 as well. Furthermore, he said that the ground and amusement parks of Islamabad are also being upgraded.
