Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik declared that parliament of Pakistan has failed during the senate’s session on Friday. He also defended his earlier decision i.e. to ban motorcycle riding in Karachi and Quetta and said that the move was correct. The Minister said that he would have appeal in Supreme Court against the Sindh high court order to refuse the ban of riding motor cycle during 1st Muharram.
