Islamabad: If you have a Pakistani passport unfortunately, you are not allowed to move around freely in the world. Most countries will ask to you quite tough and painful questions before allowing you to enter in their countries. A famous company, Hanley and partners who provide services to citizen of all countries recently released world rankings based on visa restrictions.
In this ranking, those countries are on the top of the list whose citizens can travel more and more countries without visa. In the list of 93 countries, unfortunately Pakistan is at 91 positions in the list which considers a dismally bad position among all the countries. Partner countries of Pakistan in the list are Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan as Pakistani can go without visa only in 32 countries of the world. Therefore, in terms of freedom of travel, Pakistan may be count in the worst countries because only a small number of countries among 218 countries allow Pakistani to travel freely. UK, Finland and Sweden are on the 1st position in the world ranking list while the United States is on the 2nd position. India’s number is 74 in the list
Afghanistan allows for entry without a visa in only 28 countries while Iraqi passport holders can go to 31 counties. Henley & Partners spokesman said visa limitations are significant tool for governments to control the movement of foreign nationals across borders in today’s globalized world. As certain non-nationals wish to enter their territory, visas are a standard necessity for maximum countries.
