Muhammad Shaheer Niazi a 17 years old Pakistani student has surprised leading scientists because of his research paper on physics.
When electrically charged particles travel in oil they bump in it forming a honeycomb which is usually called ‘electric honeycomb’. Scientists have known this for years but Muhammad Shaheer replicated the phenomenon which was something new.
During his research paper for International Young Physicists’ Tournament was among those which amazed everyone. He created photographic evidence of how the electric honeycomb is created using charged ions. His work was published in Royal Society Open Science, which is a scientific journal.
lberto T Pérez Izquierdo from University of Seville in Spain was the first scientist to record this honeycomb movement and even he praised the work of Muhammad Shaheer.
“I think it’s outstanding for so young a scientist to reproduce these results,” Dr Pérez Izquierdo said.
