A Pakistani engineering student has designed an electronic bike without any help from any organization or government which is being considered a landmark for our students capabilities.
Abdul Basit designed and manufactured this firs Pakistani electronic bike which is completely a Pakistani bike because all parts are manufactured in Pakistan and are easily available.
The electronic bike works on an electronic battery which takes 3 hours to charge complete and can go up to a speed of 60 km/ hour. The cost of this bike is Rs 40,000 and the battery comes with a warranty of 1 year.
Abdul Basit is hopeful that soon he will be able to increase the speed and time limit of the battery which right now with limited resources and no support he is unable to do so.
