Karachi: After a brilliant display of both batting and bowling against Bangladesh Women in the second semi Final, Pakistan Women Cricket team has made up for the Final of Asian Cricket Council
Women’s Twenty20 Asia Cup 2012. In the final of the mega event, green shirts will meet strong Indian side on 31st October and in order to beat them and lift the trophy in the crunch Final, Pakistan has to play out of their skin.
Pakistan qualified for the Final after a comprehensive six wicket victory against Bangladesh. As expected, all rounder Nida Dar showed outstanding performance in the crucial match scoring all important 25 runs while chasing of just 24 deliveries while taking 2 wickets of 13 runs in a four over spell.
Pakistan women won the toss and chose to field first. The opposing side bundled out to just 20 runs in 20 overs. In reply, Pakistan successfully chased down the target with six wickets and 14 balls in spare.
