Islamabad: Pakistan Post will be starting a whole new system of Electronic Money Order Service today (September 10, 2012) in as many as 17 GPOs located in country’s 11 major cities, spokesman Pakistan Post told this Sunday. The cities include the Federal Capital, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, Lahore, Sialkot, Faisalabad, Multan, Quetta, Hyderabad and Karachi.
The new service of Electronic Money Order Service caters many services for the customers including the Online Banking, Delivery, payment confirmation message on mobile phone, payment of money within few seconds at the most suitable rates and much more.
The new advanced service will charge only 50 to 600 rupees on the money order of Rs. 2,000 to 1, 00,000. In order to deliver a sum of rupee through electronic money order the customer has to submit the copy of NIC and Mobile phone number to the related GPO counter.
