Pakistan Bags Medals In Special Olympics Summer Games 2011

Pakistan cyclists Fajar Zaheer and Sana Javed bagged silver medals in the 1000-metre races while the bocce team of Pakistan bagged the bronze medal on day two. Twelve-year-old Fajar Zaheer bagged the silver medal in her division. 14-year-old Javed also bagged second place in the 1000-metre race in division F02. Pakistan’s bocce team also won the bronze medal after losing in the semi-final.

Earlier on day one, 17-year-old Talented Pakistani cyclist Billawal bags gold at the Special Olympics World Games.
