Oats prevent heart attack and other cardiovascular problems, this was revealed by a new research published in scientific journal ‘British Journal of Nutrition’.

It was found that the bad cholesterol level was reduced by 4.2%, non-HDL cholesterol level was reduced by 4.8% & apoB was reduced by 2.3%.
