Microsoft owner Bill Gates is funding a new project which will establish a new modern technological city for 200,000 people which will be unique from all existing cities in the world.
Belmont Partners invested $80 million in the futuristic city which will be called ‘Belmont’. 24,800 acres of land has been bought in Arizona in which 80,000 residential units will be built along with commercial market, offices, schools and hospitals.

It is not the first city to be built rather earlier Google announced its plan of building a new city ‘Quayside’ in Toronto which will consist of flexible building and weather that will be adjustable.
Recently Saudi Prince also announced the plan for building a new city with an investment of $500 billion. The new advanced city project was named NEOM which will be spread over an area of 10,000 square miles.
