Islamabad: Low-Income Housing Scheme is going to be start within 10 days by giving the final report in order to get approval for low-income housing scheme. The meeting will be held on 11th June with the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif under the State Minister for Housing and Works Barrister Usman Ibrahim for reviewing the final report.
This scheme aims to deliver housing entities to low-income subdivisions of society at low-cost and stress-free installments as the needy, widows and that type of people will be given financial assistance to pay the installments.[junkie-alert style=”white”] 6 billion rupees has been distributed for 500,000 houses in the budget under the scheme in order to solve housing deficits, the State Minister said.[/junkie-alert] Due to this scheme, the life of common man will be improved and also provide work opportunities, better health, and social safety for the shelter-less people.
Secretary and joint secretary of the Housing and Works, the director general of the National Housing Authority and the managing director of the National Construction Limited will attend a meeting.
The State Minister for Housing told that housing credit facility plan has been made to provide own house to needy and poor and loan of about 1 million will be given by banks as well as 40% of expanse will be given by the government. This scheme is an innovative way of Nawaz Sharif by providing the loan of 25,000 in order to deliver the housing facility to those who are living their life without shelter from many years.
