Buenos Aires: Today we are hearing all around the world of a lost Malaysian Airline which still has not been found. Many countries are engaged in finding it but no clue of it has still been seen. Sometime it is being said that the plane is hijacked and other time it is being said that it had been crashed or has gone through a severe disaster.
However, does anyone have thought that if the plane is saving and passengers are alive, what would they have eaten or drunken? So, here is a story of a lost plane whose passengers were alive after the crash of it and survived by eating meat of their fellow passengers.
This is an incident of 1972 when some young Rugby players from Uruguay were going with their relatives to play a match in their neighbor country Chile. The plane comprising of 45 passengers took off on 13th October 1972 and while passing through snowy mountains of Andes it was crashed.
It did not burst into pieces due to 15 foot snow on the mountains. But in the crash 16 people were dead and only 29 were left out of which 5 were severely injured. These people had only 12 chocolates left with them and they kept them eating for 8 days.
After 9 days of investigation the rescue team declared that the plane was lost and passengers were all dead. When the survived passengers heard this on radio transmission they became more upset. Then they started to eat the meat of those dead passengers whom they had buried in snow. However, after 72 days two young brave men managed to go down from the 15,000 foot long snowy mountain and reached a nearby town that was 60 kilometer away from the place. Only 16 people survived at who were then rescued.
