Lahore: The successful candidates for Yellow cab scheme phase 1 are requested to submit their documents before the last date. After this date no extension is likely to be given . The documents should be attested by the grand officer. Four sets of photocopies should be make and along with the original ones which would be use to verify the documents only.

These documents should be submitted with in the 7 days between the office timings. Matric certificate, driving license, NIC, Mobile phone or telephone, Domicile certificate, 4 photos and residential address.

This is the third and final chance after this no date would be given. This is functional for the residents of Lahore district only.
