If you cannot sleep early at night or if you are having problems during sleep then before you visit a doctor for medication you should try some basic changes in your room and lifestyles.
You should put some flowers and plants in your room which help in easing your sleep such as snake plant and aloe Vera. Snake plant is known for purifying the air as it removes harmful substances from air such as nitrogen oxide and formaldehyde.
Aloe Vera emits oxygen at night and everyone knows that increased level of oxygen at night gives you better sleep. It doesn’t need much care and should be kept in almost each room of your house.
You should also try to remove the carpet of your room if you have any. Many people can’t sleep well because of the dust which makes them cough.
Also try to have a 30 minutes walk and then take a bath before going on bed.
