Kamran Akmal made his debut for Pakistan in 2002 against Zimbabawe in Harare. He made a promising start to his career and showed brilliance as a batsmen as well as behind the stumps. He has made 2648 runs in Test matches for Pakistan scoring six centuries along the way. one of his most memorable innings was against india where he scored 109 runs to ave the match for Pakistan and also one where he rescued Pakistan from 39/6 against England and helped them get to 245 which enebled them to win the match.
