Islamabad: Justice Asif saed khusa of Supreme Court has declared that judicial decisions must also be taken place in T20 format. Due to limited time cricket has been changed from 5 day test into a high speed T20 series. Our judges are still using the old and outdated way which is creating problems for both the parties as well as the court. But making short decisions can save the precious time of court.
Justice Khsa has given these remarks during the bail application of Muhammad Shakeel. He said that cricket is going so fast that due to lack of time 5 days test matches has been converted to T20 matches but our Judges are still too slow in giving their decisions and they even use ancient and medieval ways.
He also claimed that, this behavior of our judiciary is the main reason due to which misunderstanding is created between the party that registers a case and the Judiciary. He also said in Lahore High Court there are 180 thousand cases are pending and waiting for decisions, beside this the judge of related court to dismiss the application for petition of bail wrote 12 pages in the chamber.
