Recently I called PTCL 1218 complaint centre to get some information related to PTCL Smart TV and PTCL Broad Band Service. A correspondent of PTCL picked the call and when I started to ask him some questions related to PTCL Smart TV he transferred my call to senior technician but no response was received till the 40 minutes. After that I drop the call and was disappointed from the service of PTCL.
I was annoyed for 40 minutes by the machine recording of PTCL. It will be appreciated if PTCL enhance their customer service and respond quickly to the queries of their customers.
