Recently I called PTCL 1218 complaint centre to get some information related to PTCL Smart TV and PTCL Broad Band Service. A correspondent of PTCL picked the call and when I started to ask him some questions related to PTCL Smart TV he transferred my call to senior technician but no response was received till the 40 minutes. After that I drop the call and was disappointed from the service of PTCL.
I was annoyed for 40 minutes by the machine recording of PTCL. It will be appreciated if PTCL enhance their customer service and respond quickly to the queries of their customers.

hahahaha good dear but its not only with you this is for all customers because some time u connect on call and another person is on waiting i think round 200 agent in one call centre and ptcl customers is 1 million and please dont type again about that increase call centre agent its internal problem they know better.

HI I am Sajjad Khan,about seven month ago i have started PTCL broad band service for my younger brother,but i was’nt know such a poor service of PTCL Broad band. So many times i have submited my complaints on 1218 about very slow downloading, but there is no response from CCC. and now i decided to disconnected this service.becouse this is very poor poor poor poor …………..service.I really disheared and i apeal to all upper officers to plz check the lower bloody satff other wise u will lost so many customer.thanks

When we dial 1218 (ptcl help line) they annoucned that call is recorded, but many times I ask them ptcl managemenet is mother fucker heheheh and other kind of dirty words regarding delayed of my complains or fake rectification of complains but no one come to me why u abusing on ptcl 1218 service, its mean they are really mmother fucker so they never mind for their real names

I read all the above coments …one coment was that ptcl have million of customer but issue is with only few customer and that issue will take not more then 2 to 3 days to resolve so we should apritiate ptcl that they provide beeter services rather then wapada lol…just kidding…i always enjoyed whenever i conected with 1218
