Institute of Business Administration is holding a workshop on ‘strategic thinking and execution for top management’ on 9th December, 2014. The workshop will be held at the centre for executive education at the IBA City Campus in Karachi. This workshop is specifically held for management personnel, supervisors and leaders. Those who are interested in attending this workshop can register with a fee of Rs 3, 50,000 plus 5% tax.
This workshop is aimed at giving an understanding about the key elements of strategy and helps to study the current scenario in which companies can align the various components of their organization in order to provide a perfect execution of these strategies. Usually, management fails to achieve a certain target as they fail to understand the connection between a good strategy and a good performance.[junkie-alert style=”white”] Registration fee for this workshop is Rs 3, 50,000 plus 5% tax.[/junkie-alert]
