Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has taken another good step for the ease and benefits of students and ex-students by launching its online portal for complain and queries.
Now students can lodge their complaints without having to visit the HEC office and go through from one department to another to resolve minor issues such as Degree Attestation.
Both current & former students can use this online service after creating an account on HEC portal for online complains. The portal says that students can lodge their complain in the following categories:
- Admission Problems
- False/Misleading Information
- Bribery/Demand of un-solicited money
- Discrimination
- Harassment
- Unfair evaluation
- Scholarship Issues
- Fee issues
- Administrative issues
The method of registration is easy but lengthy. Student has to provide NIC number & email address through which account will be registered. Then students are required to fill in the details of the academic skills and education.
After successfully completing the details the different complain forms can be accessed to lodge a complaint.
